Dr. Pelto is very kind and caring. It can be very hard taking care of an elderly parent and getting great care and a gentle manner for fragile elders is a big help.

Dr. Feldman is easy going and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions, he explained everything well. gave me options and never made me feel rushed. I have been a patient in the office before but this was my first visit with Dr. Feldman. The staff is efficient, helpful and pleasant!

After registering, I am always taken to the exam room very quickly. Staff is great, as is Dr. Feldman.

Dr. Feldman exhibits both professionalism and concern while treating patients with respect and kindness. One feels as though you are the most important patient he has that day, and he spends whatever time is required both in treatment and answering questions. Even upon first meeting I felt confident in his ability to do whatever needed to be done to help me regain my active lifestyle.

I'm ambivalent about "waiting time." Thanks to the computer in the examination room, I know I was there for 23 minutes before Dr. Feldman came in. That seems like a long time to wait, but on the other hand I can appreciate the fact that Dr. Feldman does not rush the meetings. He addressed all the issues and gave me thoughtful responses. So my waiting time was another patient's thorough examination.
