Dr. Neil Feldman is a board-certified podiatrist, foot and ankle surgeon, and Director of Central Massachusetts Podiatry, serving patients in Worcester and Westborough, Massachusetts.Â
He has been in private practice since 1999 and founded Central Massachusetts Podiatry in 2004. His expertise spans both surgical and non-surgical treatments, with a strong focus on sports-related injuries, injury prevention, and helping patients stay active and pain-free.
“I believe that the feet are an important part of the team, but not the only part. There is a body that moves over those feet. Knowing one without the other does not offer long term success. I do my best to treat the patient, not just the part.”
As an accomplished endurance athlete, Dr. Feldman understands the demands of an active lifestyle. His commitment to both his patients and his own active lifestyle reflects his belief that movement is essential to living well at every stage of life.

Completed residency training at VA Palo Alto, CA (1996–1998) and Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, Walnut Creek, CA (1998–1999)
Active member of the Massachusetts Podiatric Medical Society; former board member of the Massachusetts Podiatric Medical Association; Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons
Began endurance training in 2002 (Boston Marathon & Ironman Florida).
Completed numerous marathons, including 13 Boston Marathons
Finished 7 Ironman triathlons, including 2 World Championship races in Kona, Hawaii
Completed 9, 100-mile trail races, and 20 ultramarathons
Achieved the Leadville “Leadman” series, one of the most demanding endurance challenges
Dr. Feldman’s inspiration to begin endurance training started with a patient visit in 2000, when he treated a 70-year-old woman who was experiencing pain just before traveling to Australia to compete in an Ironman. “That visit with her changed the course of my life and set me on a different path of getting older that I have been on ever since.”
