“Miracle” treatment heals most foot pain

It might seem too good to be true, but in the last few years we’ve added to our offices a new technology that revolutionized how we treat foot pain.

I was a skeptic at first, but the effectiveness of Shockwave Therapy is the reason why elite athletes, major sports teams and top sports medicine practices around the world use it to heal some of the most common causes of foot pain without surgery.

Our patients are getting better faster from Achilles Tendonitis and Plantar Fasciitis, among other diagnoses, with a treatment that repairs damaged tissues with the growth of new cells, resulting in actual anatomy changes. They even like to call it a miracle!

Results after 6 weeks

Shockwave Therapy sessions can be uncomfortable and the number of treatments usually range between 3 to 6. The shockwaves are delivered to the exact location of the injury so the body can work on repairing the damaged tissue.

Results can be seen  around 6 weeks after treatments, but some patients report feeling better sooner.
