Swelling Treatment Process

 

If you want to learn more about treating your swelling or edema watch this video.

I recommend starting with lower compression 15-20 mmHg then increase compression as you get used to wearing them. 

I included some items to help you put them on called a Sock Aid and Doff n Donner because putting on the socks is hard and that is the MOST common reason patients don't wear compression socks.
