Reduce Stress & Tightness
For pain lasting less than 3 months. The goal is to reduce mechanical stress and calm acute inflammation.
- Supportive shoes & Oofos recovery sandals
- Towel stretches & calf foam rolling
- Night splints to maintain stretch during sleep
- Short-term NSAIDs or contrast baths
- Activity modification (stay in the "yellow zone")
