Dr. Feldman earned his BS in Zoology from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, Magna cum Laude. His first two years of residency were based out of the VA in Palo Alto, California. A third year of surgical training was completed at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Walnut Creek, California. Dr. Feldman`s training included sports medicine, advanced techniques in the surgical treatment of arthritis and trauma, diabetic and pediatric surgery.

He is Board Certified in foot surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Feldman is active within the Massachusetts Podiatric Medical Society serving on several committees. He is involved with the surgical training of Podiatric residents as well as Family Practice residents at UMass Medical School. Dr. Feldman has authored several articles in The Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Though his specialties are in reconstructive foot surgery and diabetic foot care, Dr. Feldman has a special interest and expertise in sports medicine.

He is an accomplished marathoner, Ironman triathlete, and an honorable mention all-american triathlete. Dr. Feldman finished 47th out of 2300 participants at the 2008 Ironman in Lake Placid, New York, earning a spot in the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii.
